Guangdong HUST Industrial Technology Research Institute is a public platform co-established by the Dongguan  Municipal Government, Guangdong Department of Science & Technology and Huazhong University of Science &Technology for promoting S&T innovation, technical service, business incubation and talents cultivation. It is also a demonstration base for industry-university-research institute cooperation that is jointly launched by the Chinese Ministry of Education, Ministry of Science & Technology, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Academy of Engineering and Guangdong Province. Besides, it represents an essential carrier for the university to accelerate the commercialization of scientific and technological results, realize the function of social service and foster talents that engage in innovative practices.
